Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains Calcium Carbonate 1500mg (equiv. Calcium 600mg),
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5 mcg. Does not contain added: yeast, lactose, gluten, artifi cial fl avours, artifi cial
sweeteners, artifi cial colours, preservatives or dairy products.

Directions for use
1 TABLET
TWICE DAILY
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets daily, after food or as directed.
Maximum 2 tablets per day.

Warnings & Precautions
- Not to be used in children under 2 years.
- If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Do not take if safety seal is broken.
